If you’re one of those people that just eats everything that is put in front of them and then some, this may be of interest to you. The hungry horse type or person will even eat the out-of-date food from the refrigerator without batting an eyelid! The triple chocolate gateau is sitting there on the kitchen table and you just can’t resist. There are many people that do it, something that gives an instant high never considering how unhealthy this is and dismissing the better option of health supplements.
OK so it was a little graphic but it made the point because you are not doing yourself any good consuming everything you see that way. Perhaps it’s time you started thinking about looking after yourself with some health supplements. This really isn’t a bad idea, as their nutritional value is often quite ideal. Besides, the ones I’m referring to are the very pleasant health supplements that are flavored with chocolate, vanilla and banana for instance. I have been taking some form of food supplement for years now including a good multivitamin that contains more essential vitamins than I can remember. I believe everyone no matter how healthily you eat would benefit from taking multivitamins and all you do is swallow one at a mealtime.
Another good health supplement I take is a shake called whey protein which I simply love. I suppose it’s the fact that you get so much protein and goodness from what is essentially a milk shake. I prefer to drink it in the morning but you can have it anytime of the day. In addition to being easy to drink is the fact that this little shake gives you 30 grams of protein to help with muscle development. My personal favourite is Solgar Whey Protein - try a search in Google for it!
You see, these days, supplements are designed to only provide you with the minerals and vitamins that are beneficial to a healthy body. The things you don’t want are cholesterol, sugar, saturated fat and salt, we all get enough of these things as it is. So take a look on the Internet and do a little checking because I can guarantee you will feel better for taking health supplements, in fact they could give you a whole new lease of life!
