Detox diets having been growing in popularity very the past year as they have been a natural solution to eliminating waste and toxins that are built up in the body from all of the processed foods we are normally consuming.     I think you just completely summed up why I found the book so powerful. It helps you see the stage your on and understand how to successfully proceed to the next stage. I’m having the same issue with my diet. I’ve relapsed right now and the reason I relapsed is because I didn’t fully prepare before. I’m in the process of educating myself, making meal plans, and re-evaluating my capabilities to make the change I want to make — that is, what can I do actually given my current circumstances that doesn’t send me back down the path to relapse? Strongly recommend you read the book. My summary here doesn’t do it justice.

    Drink 8 glasses of water everyday and eat a lots of veggie and fruit and half an hour walk everyday. It's ok if don't go to gym,but do go walk everyday.
