Hoodia Gordonii is a spiny desert plant found native in the southern regions of Africa and has been used in herbal folk remedies for generations. This plant is nearly extinct so, it may become extinct if use and cultivation of the plant is not strictly monitored.

Many people have said that Hoodia Gordonii can help in suppressing your appetite, but that the dosage required to do so effectively tends to be much larger than that which most websites have listed.

With a dist of simple sugars and refined carbohydrates, the herb also works best in a carbohydrate-controlled diet and a stable blood sugar level, as the plant does not react in the same way. In order to see results with any herbal remedy, take the correct dosage, three times per day until you notice results.

It would be unwise to think that you can just take excessive doses of Hoodia Gordonii and lose weight. Herbal remedies take time to work, and this one in particular works in conjunction with the kinds of foods you eat.
