most people do not think about there bodies digestion ,there are a lot of health related problems attributed to the fact that the body is not digesting and absorbing the food properly.

To break down the food in the correct way you need to chew the food until it becomes liquid ,acid produced in the stomach and enzymes released by the saliva and the pancreas makes it possible to break the food molecules down.most people are in a hurry to eat and they don’t chew there food properly and then are prone to putting on weight.

When I’m preparing a meal i will always include raw fat burning foods they have there own enzymes and this will help your digestive system and i will have some cooked and non cooked food.

An brilliant source for your diet is to eat plenty of fibre rich food and plenty of water,if you are guilty of eating to much processed sugar,refined food,red meat,dairy products and processed food you will damage your digestion and invite excess yeast and unfriendly bacteria make themselves at home in your stomach,which then leads to putting on weight.

Its is vital that you keep your blood sugar levels balanced ,if you don’t then everyday you will be prone to the highs and lows of the sugar rushes ,there are many health related problems big and small that can be traced to a blood sugar imbalance caused by food choices. All through the day your body requires a steady supply of glucose in the bloodstream for mental and physical energy.when we eat fat burning foods such as fruits and vegetables,beans,pulses and whole -grains, they release glucose into the bloodstream at a nice steady rate.

Chocolate ,biscuits,,cakes fizzy drinks,sweets or white pasta/rice/bread these foods break down very quickly and is followed by a dramatic fall in blood sugar. (and can cause hypoglycemia) living on sugar is like being addicted to a drug your constantly thinking about your next fix of sugar, and prone to putting on weight .

When i was eating all the food that is not good for you i couldn’t work out what was wrong with me ,i felt confused ,energy slumps in the afternoon,tired ,shaky and i always wanted more sugar,when you are living like this you will be more susceptible to heart disease and type 2 diabetes and of course you will put weight on.

All this information can sound confusing and complicated and but can be rectified quite easily by eating the right fat burning foods the solution is so simple and you will notice a change immediately,always eat breakfast for example porridge,and avoid refined or sugary foods,caffeine and alcohol anyone making this change will feel absolutely wonderful i can guarantee that.
