The problem with anything that is too difficult in our busy lifestyles is the fact that eventually we will stop doing what we perceive to be too hard and look for alternatives that are easier.

Nutrition and fitness are not nearly as difficult to maintain as dieting. Dieting is rejected in our minds because we perceive dieting a task that hard to endure.
In order not to feel like you are giving up something you enjoy which is food. Focus on lifestyle changes rather than a reduction in food.
