If you think its hard to lose those last 7 pounds, imagine if you had to lose 700! Thats what Manuel Urib is attempting to do and hes going well on his way to succeeding. Two years ago he weighed 1,235 pounds and held the Guinness Record for heaviest person.

He says that he gained that weight from eating junk food and soft drinks nonstop when he lived in the United Stated for a few years back in the late 80s.

Now he’s been watching what he eats and has been contantly losing weight for the past 2 years. Hes already lost about 550 pounds! 550 pounds. Wow.
