2. Cayenne pepper: You might be aware of the fact that stress is one of the main causes of weight gain. Well, Cayenne pepper can relieve you from stress. It contains a chemical called capsaicin which forces your body to release all the these hormones! Once the stress hormones are released from your body, your metabolic rate will increase and you will burn fat at a very high speed. Thus it not only helps you to de-stress yourself, but also lose weight!

3. Taking Broccoli is also good for your body. Broccoli is very rich in Fiber content. The fiber content helps you to feel “full” all time so that you will not eat more. As an appetite suppressant, it works quite well. To prepare broccoli for meal, just steam it. This way, it will remain sweet and juicy. For added taste just add salt.

4. Yogurt is also a great tasting food. It also aid you with your digestion. On top of that, Yogurt also contain a lot of protein and calcium both of which are good for your health. These two elements also helps with weight loss. So try to take at least one cup of yogurt daily.
